Hey, it's nice to meet you, I'm Lynn Leaf!

I live in the Franklin area with my husband and our three adult children—though these days, they’re mostly out of the house. My fitness journey started back in my hometown of Chicago (Go Cubs!), where I was born and raised. Over the past 20 years, I’ve found my passion in helping senior adults stay strong, active, and confident in their bodies.

I teach senior fitness classes at WCPR’s Enrichment Center, the Franklin Recreation Center, and the Franklin YMCA—proudly serving and connecting with this wonderful community.

I’m also honored to be a group trainer for the incredible survivors of Breast Cancer Recovery in Action, Inc., supporting their journey to strength and wellness. Grateful to be part of such inspiring communities!

Do you bring workout equipment to my house?

Yes. I bring dumbbells, exercise bands, large and small exercise balls, and weighted balls. Several other tools for balance work.

Where in my house do we workout?

Any space that is convenient for you, family room, screened in porch, garage, basement, or outside.

What is a fitness assessment and consultation?

This initial session includes a discussion about your fitness goals, limitations, and past injuries. I’ll also conduct a Complimentary Senior Fitness Test, which includes:

• Chair stand (lower body strength)

• Arm curl (upper body strength)

• 2-minute step (aerobic endurance)

• Chair sit-and-reach (lower body flexibility)

• Back scratch (upper body flexibility)

• 8-foot up-and-go (agility and balance)

Additionally, I’ll measure body composition, including body mass and body fat percentages.

Can I cancel my workout session?

Yes, anytime before 24 hours. A $25 fee will be charged after 24 hours.
